1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using renpet peptides (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older. The App is intended for adults only.
3. The App is Not Medical Advice
The App is a self-tracking and educational reference tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations of any kind. Information displayed in the peptide reference library is descriptive of content found in published research literature and is provided for educational purposes only.
- The App does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
- The App does not endorse, recommend, or instruct the use of any substance.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions relating to your health, including any decision involving peptides or other substances.
- Any actions you take based on information in the App are taken entirely at your own risk.
4. No Sale of Goods
The App does not sell any physical goods, substances, or medications. The App does not facilitate transactions for any third party. Information displayed about peptides is descriptive and educational only.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for any data you enter into the App, including but not limited to protocol details, dosing records, inventory entries, and health-related self-reports. The App does not verify the accuracy of user-entered data.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Subscriptions
Some features of the App require a paid subscription, processed through your platform’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform’s terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content (excluding user-entered data and third-party-licensed material) are owned by Renpet and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENPET AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP, OR FROM ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES YOU EXPERIENCE.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renpet and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
11. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App.
